Since Silver Edge was introduced, this build became obsolete.

I'd build Blink on Slark in 2014 or so.

idk ive played in team with a blink slark yesterday and he totally roflstomped everyone with echo blink treads xD

With Blink you can start dark pact before blinking wait till just before it goes off blink pounce then get another dark pact off before pounce tether wears off. Basically blink gives more mobility and allows for more dark pact dmg. Its pretty rare you want to go blink over Shadow Blade though as it complements Slarks skills so well

So despite all logic blink dagger does indeed grant the ability to blink, that is short distance ground targeted teleportation.
