Just calibrate now whats the difference in grinding unranked or grinding ranked its all the same
cookie proved that u can calibrate 4k even if the first calibration match is something 2k (normal skill)
so it doesnt matter when u calibrate, what matters is how good you are and whether or not u deserve that 3.8k
Why do you care about Calibrating at 3.8? Do you actually think that's very high skill? There are few differences between 3.8 and 2k.
So much difference. Opendota showed mine as 3.4k before now it's 3.8k. Much better than grinding +25 then lose -25 ever after

Don't focus on your MMR focus on your skill bracket. Calibration is the process of measuring your skills and performance. If you play like very high skill then you deserve 4kmmr.
Play zeus and spam wrath to ks kills thats how i did. After that dont play solo , only party and normal match.

As the title says. The Goal here is to be atleast 3.8k
Im currently playing at High skill level ( https://www.dotabuff.com/players/375793895 ) . Opendota estimates that my MMR will be 3381 with a standard devation of 653 ( i don't know if it's good or bad ). In your honest opinion should i calibrate it now and play until i reach 4k? or Calibrate later until i reach VHS bracket?
