to be fair veno probably might use some sort of nerf in the next patch, it's pretty much either you destroy him in jungle or you lose.
veno is pretty balanced, the jungle part is the only unbalanced thing about him, but you lose a lot of lane presence.
I think nerfing is in order. Veno jungle is first round ban worthy. However, I think a rework of how the creeps ignore the veno wards would be enough. Veno just jungles a little too quickly from level 1.
