Why does this topic always come up with regards to meepo? It really isn't important apart from having a hot key for the main and one for all the clones.

i'm comfortable with mine because my hands are PHAT and my brain is a robot with my 10 control groups but they'd be SHIT for you
EXPERIMENT in game and find ones that are good for you,
not for "vhs" or pro players

Most important is being able to smoothly select prime meepo, blink and hex after pressing poof.
1: main meepo
2-3-4-6: other meeps
m4: all meeps except main meepo
x: all except second meepo
z: all except third meepo
<: all except fourth meepo
g6 (additional key on my keyboard: all except fifth meepo
7: second and fourth meepo
8: third and fifth meepo
E: Net (quickcast)
F: Poof (quickcast)
G: geo
D: Ulti
You should try it in demo and find the one you're comfortable with.
Don't know why you'd have each bound to their own key. Unless you are a god I call bullshit on you having any idea which meepo is which after a couple of poofs.
Not at all. How do you know which meepo is which? Isn't it quicker just to click the meepo you want to control?
I use basic ones . 1 for main. 2 for others. 3 for all. Thats it. Tbh its enuf. Usually i just micro low health meeps etc by selecfing them. Its easy after awhile. Wud be more convenient with more control groyps but that will just confuse u if u dont practise like a beast

I just ctrl all meepo's on 123 and use quickcast :)
it depends on the player playing if you know you're not that fast hands learn to ctrl meepo in 123 and just use tab.

Wait, is parte saying he goes 1-w-2-w-3-w-4-w for blink-poof rather than saying he controls each meepo individually via hotkeys? That's sounds more plausible.
Always wondered - do pros share micro control? Or is it just easy to do a triple stack for them?
Um. I can do a double stack myself but triple seems like wishful thinking. Not sure if pros do share unit control but i do know that on heroes like TA, the team shares the trap control to pop it when they need it. They probably do doe
@rocket i did not say that. i also go tab-f-tab-f-tab-f-tab-f for poof. The reason i bound keys to them is for fast farming. I do 1-a 2-a 3-a 4-a 6-a to camps on minimap. You can send all of them to 5 different location in just 1 second without moving your camera. I really dont know how you micro your meepos without bounding their own keys. Also, the way i know which meepo i have to send back is by looking at left top corner to see which one has the lowest hp then i hit the key and send it back. For example, if my second meepo is low on hp, i press 2 and send it back to base then press x to select all meeps except second one to control them. If third one has low hp, i send it back and hit z key to control all meeps except third one. Its not as hard as it looks like. Its also helpful if your main meepos BoT is on cooldown. TP with your second meepo and hit your key for all meepos except second meepo and tab-f

The eziest ones which I use.
1 - main meepo
2 - all other units
3 - all units
4 - courier
And thats all.
ah fair enough - that sounds more realistic :) i tend to just split them into two groups as required. probably why i'm normal skill ;)
two groups are better thats why i bound these keys:
7: second and fourth meepo
8: third and fifth meepo
they jungle while i camp for blink poof with main meepo
If u played a lot of starcraft or warcraft it will ezier for u to farm with them manually and have ez control groups rather than 10.
