Hmm i have same problem as op, and i set "Share Match History" setting to "On". Now after few games that i played no record is still on Dotabuff.
Is there a certain delay or should records of games on Dotabuff be instant?
Edit: Solved, Games appeared now by the time i typed down this post.

my latest games stat didn't appear on my profile. the last stat that appear was only the game i played about a month ago...
