This isn't how you build a team, just add people that you play with that you think are good, and go from there.
I like how his name matches his attitude. He does have a point though, best way to recruit is by adding up people you think fit your criteria while solo queuing. Good luck anyways!
I am interested in joining a team. I can play all roles. I have over 4,000 dota 1 games and over 900 dota 2 games now. I also follow the pro scene and like to think about the meta game; I have watched probably a thousand pro games. I play only US servers. I have played hundreds of Tier 2 games in Throneit and Dotacash, which is not really competitive experience, but I am used to playing against highly skilled players (some of them are now pros), warding and counterwarding expected, stacking expected, reacting to the mini-map quickly expected, playing your role expected, team communication expected. I am confident in playing most heroes => I will try playing everything a bit because I understand the importance of knowing what every hero can and cannot do. I understand how to kill enemy heroes under a tower and not die, also how to port in and turn a tower diving gank and save the carry.

Anyways, I wanna scrim/practice in a team environment and lately I have been finding a few stacks to IH with/vs. I want to improve beyond pubstomping and insofar as the "meta game", I haven't lost in captain slot during any IH's I've had yet... If you find a bunch of like-minded continually improving people, lmk :)

As the topic states I am looking for high skilled players for scrims and possibly a team. I play strictly US servers, not europe, not asia, just US. I recently had to make a new dota2 account after my primary account was hacked several times with no help from steam. My old account's DBR was Diamond in the 99 percentile, as I know DBR doesn't mean everything, but I am looking for very skilled organized players who play AGRESSIVELY!!!
Here are some things I look for:
1) Excellent attention to detail, communicates well, does not overextend.
2) Learns from their mistakes. You don't overextend constantly, and continually have poor judgement. You don't suicide to kill a support, you don't chase a player all the way across the map, etc
3) High attention to detail. Depending on your role you're constantly warding, counter warding, organizing smoke ganks, stacking ancients, stacking camps, last hitting and denying efficiently, not stacking stuns, you carry tps and port to defend towers, gank/counter gank, etc
Really only looking for players of high skill, competetive experience or capable of playing at that level. People who frequently watch tournament matches, understand metas, are familiar with out of the ordinary team compositions etc.
I would appreciate it if you read my entire thread carefully beforehand, I really don't want a bunch of EU players adding me and saying they didn't know I only play on US servers. It's clearly stated. Also not looking for unagressive players who don't have 100% confidence in their ability to play. If you're a pub player then you're a pub player, nothing wrong with that, I'm just looking for more than that.
I don't play a specific role, I can 1 2 3 4 5 at a high level. I personally prefer offlane or hard support within a trilane, but thats just my personal preference.
