IDK if you can get abandon info with current API. If there is any API of course :D
So I cant imagine the "right way" to calculate pts - in most systems abandonment was "-100" in dota 1.

I've always wanted to know beyond searching for high/normal/low games what my rating is
I'm just curious if dotabuff could make accurate ratings based on all the information they have or if that's impossible.
Like ratings are if you win + points and if you lose - points, so could they go back, give every player something like 1000, and calculate where they are now?
