Do you have a matchid of the unrecorded one?
Edit: it appears you're missing your last match and not your middle one. The last one is still being processed and should appear shortly.

There was still 1 missing but I don't think it will be fixed because I don't have the ID of the game, not even in dota 2 itself.

Until recently, I had never experienced any unrecorded match. Today I experienced it twice, I won 3 games, but only 2 games were recorded. The strangest thing is that the first and the last were recorded but not the second.
