I thought it's + .65 of your base mana regeneration. You need to know your base regen to do the math. It's probably character specific.

Aquila is about overall stats but not mana regen thats why it sucks in terms of it

Aquila is enough mana for some heroes who don't use much like slark or troll but it's more for stats with mana as a bonus. Not for supports.

people underestimate 2 armor aura on creeps so much. its the difference between taking ur safelane t1 and getting it denied or dying under their tower
