It won't make any difference to your calibrated MMR unless your skeelz improved drastically before you calibrate
calibrate as soon as possible, if you calibrate low then just grind it. unranked is 10x easier than ranked and you won't be able to learn as fast as in ranked
Which hero would you suggest to me to use while calibrating my MMR? That can make a big impact to my future MMR. Sand King? Nature Prophet? Slark? Meepo? Invoker?
play whatever you enjoy playing, it doesn't matter what hero you play, all that matters is the skill of the player behind that hero. if you have skill, then mmr comes by itself.
Unranked isnt actually easier, below 4k it is almost exactly the same as ranked because noone tryhards in any gamemode if not vhs anyway. I'd even argue that unranked can be harder to win if everyone is doing random shit.
Doesnt matter when you calibrate though, as cookie has proven you can calibrate 4k even if you start at 1k.
Okay, got another question. My first Ranked Match average MMR was 5.2k and the highest are 5.6k MMR, we lost that time and now, my 2nd game Ranked Match Average MMR is 4k flat only. How's that? I know I expected to be atleast below 4k MMR but how come my first match is 5k MMR and down to 4k MMR lol
same as me my 1st match was 4.1 k bracket we manage to win and then my 2nd and 3rd game was average 3.8k average i dont know how valve manage their mmr system i m confused also
It was possible drop your avrg tbd if you feed even you win, trying to keep your KD high even you lose

Now I got a question again, if you're already calibrating in like 4k MMR bracket per win you don't get like 200-300 MMR per game anymore, right? Because my 2nd game Average MMR was 4k FLAT and then my last game average MMR is 4.5k only.
Calibration is far from perfect. That's why u have abusers and ppl with >50% winrate and those with <50% winrate after calibration.
im 100% sure winrate has nothing to do with the calib
btw it is possible to get +200-300 mmr per game in 4k, just hard
but it won't happen very often because calib is limited at 4999
well i have a question , MMR callibratio works? +200-300 mmr per game? i've played 5 games 1st callibration 2k average and now my average is 2.6k mmr .. 100 per game? or +200 ? it is possible to get 4k even your bracket is normal skill?
it depends on how you play. feed and you lose 500 mmr even if you win, stomp and you get 300
also, i think reaction time is VERY important.

So I'm level 21 already I'm thinking about avoiding playing Ranked Match, for now, as much as possible. Do you think there's impact when, like for example I play 50 more games and spam some good carry heroes that can snowball in early and late like Slark and try to get good KDA, GPM, XPM, and right after that I'll play Ranked Match and finish my Solo MMR. Do you think it will make any change with my MMR?
