Write down all the hero u think u play best with every roles from position 1-5. Then narrow it to smaller amount of hero. Lets say position 1 is hard carry choose 5 and focus on improving on this hero. Go look some guide on youtube like bren, gameleaps dota2 guide or watch pro gameplay on that hero. U focus on that hero 1st. Try to learn the tricks of playing that hero. Of course u must improve ur mechanic also like agro the creeps or tower and last hitting like farming in lane then rotate to near jungle go back and forth. My english is not good hope u understand. Atleast this is what help me climb from 2k to 3k long ago on my main and sell it to my friend. Hahahahaha
