Pms doesn't solve the issue I mentioned though. I'm not asking why PL can survive I'm asking how does he not get denied if he can't nuke the wave and invoker right clicks much harder (especially with Alacrity)
last hitting and denying isn't everything in a lane. Pl can zone out an invoker quite hard
he dodges all the spells and dispells cold snap with his 2nd, and hes good in chasing voker once he gets diffus
and also voekr is weak against lance spam
cause in eu invoker only uses 2 spells while laning:alacrity and cold snap. The invokers are shit.
Invoker get reckt before being lvl 3, that's how pl win the lane. And need lvl 5 to start dominate it. In addition, pl will never die to invoker, and is much harder to gank than invoker is. (not to mention that puck + random support gank can often land a kill on invoker, so pl + random support gank will also, since at least he has a slow).
A quas wex invoker could have better result, in doing some emp tornado into cold snap (to cancel doppleganger animation, so pl doesn't evade emp). But the laning phase would be super horrible, as getting phase boot would barely put you on equal footing for last hitting.
So does lvl 1 PL just spam Lance on cd and rush bottle or do you just get in his face and right click?

Won't exort Invoker just have much higher damage and deny all the creeps? I feel like if you went in on him Alacrity would probably just kill you in the early game.
