I hate to break this to you but no one will take you seriously with those stats. No offense.
Looks like your team is getting trashed every game.. You would need more than a standin, you would need someone who can play
Idk about your team playstyle. But for mine, my trilane safelane will harass offlane enemy so they will have difficult time to farm gold and exp like (pulling 2 camp neutral creep and harass him if he try to get closer to farm creep) . And every 2-3 min, our 2 support will roam sod at mid. I always reminds our support to bring tp in case our mid or offlane get in trouble. Wat I see from your team, you give space a lot for offlane enemy to farm even he only solo against triple safelane.
