kd is not the only thing that counts. you also need last hits and a lot of other stuff. to reach very high skill u have to max out everything.

Why are russians always playing on euw Servers?

Because there is no difference in ping between Russian and EU servers.

Really? Valve have to fix this russians need 1k ping on euw Servers

eu west and russian server are both in denmark I heard

They play on eu servers to piss you off. All of them are pathetic kids, no other reason, really.

Because Russian server is acutally placed in Sweden, so most of them actually get better ping on EU server. + the skill cap is much higher in EUW than in russian server

Russia server is a joke. Can't they make it actually in Russia instead of naming a swedish server "Russia"

Sanctions from USA...
1) force Russians to play with higher latency on EU servers;
2) make them look stupid, so EU players will start to hate them;
3) ...
4) profit.
