I thought win rates don't really matter much in hidden MMR?

just realize you just arent good enough, get better at the game and slowly climb your way up as you learn how to play it -->which right now you have no idea HOW to

Issue:
This is my new acc, and my previous account was at 3.3k solo MMR.
I started this new account and after my first game I was places into "very high skill". If I'm not mistaken that means my hidden MMR was around >3700 right?
Yesterday I started my first TBD calibration game for my solo MMR. In that game, my team's average MMR was only ~3884 and I was the highest.
So, from my 2nd game in this account at lvl1 onwards until my first calibration game at lvl13, I only gained like...~200 hidden MMR at most????
I kinda expected to start my calibration games at around maybe 4.3k solo hidden MMR but I'm surprised after all this while I'm only starting my calibration at 3.8k, while all this time I was always above 3.7k MMR (according to my 2nd game onwards).
Btw if you check my dotabuff there are games that are in high or normal skill, and those are party games. ALL my solo games are at very high skill (I check after every game.)
