Sometimes it's the most vocal one in the team, although I would make suggestions to the contrary if I feel like I don't agree with their decision making.
Theres no leader in first 20mins, but usually the one whose keeping the game going basically the space maker.
primarily, it should be the one who is the most vocal.
the one who thinks about the big picture, who has a strategy/battle plan in mind on what to do at any point of the game.
and of course, he should be able to communicate this in a "proper" way where being proper is very relative to the team he is with.
but he has to walk the talk. so he should back up all the shit he's saying with an above average game play.
i like it when some guy has good suggestion and ideas, but most of the times i have to do that or the team doesn't communicate at all
I'm a leader in most of my games, but the moment i get kids with dunning kruger syndome, i don't really say anything, i just try to carry them, and let them live in their 8K MMR fantasy land.
The leader in the team is the guy who talks the most, but that guy is sometimes the dumbest guy in the team too :(
To be honest, I rarely have any idea who the leader in my teams might be... Too many symbols I can't read and I just don't follow random pings.
I usually try to guide the team along to victory, keep them from going at each other's throats and stuff though.
If an invoked has a mike. It's probably gonna be him just because if you can keep up with all the invoker things and still pay attention to others and talk to them you tend to be decent :P
Aside from that it's usually the one who makes the most plays or says "hey can we go gank this guy?"
In my bracket it's normally the person who has a mike and isn't a moron...... Not many people have miles down here
Has to have an okay score and not flame.
Using voice chat is necessary.
Most important thing is that all go a 5, sometimes you don't need a leader for that.
And most basic thing is THEY HAVE AEGIS, WE DEF. (People don't get this in my bracket sometimes)
I usually guide my teams (even if i suck early game) and win majority of games when i do and when they actually listen. It's hillarious sometimes tho, cause every second fucker tells me i sound like Puppey and from then onward i know it's gonna be a good game cause people are already in good mood :D
on a lighter note, the one who always shouts to the team
I most of the time do these:
1. "Get back get back get back!, get the fuck back!!!"
If someone is too much of an idiot to still overextend..
2. "Leave him, let him die! don't care about him, he's stupid, back back back!!"
After a team wipe/clash,
3. "WTF are you doing farming the jungle?? come on, PUSH!!! PUSH!!!!"
PUSH and GET BACK are the most important words that you will fkcing hear from your leader :)
