and storm never wont need a nerf; thats the typical shit icefrog does. nerf heroes that doesnt need nerf, storm is just " better " this patch cuz of the meta and the broken heroes he counters like sniper etc.

i've said it before - storm won't be nerfed - he is too entertaining on the pro scene to get rid of.

Icefraud cannot balance a game. Sniper / troll will be replaced by a different strain of cancer.

Storm nerf will probably come in a buff to heroes he's good against/has problems dealing with or a change in the meta to something that doesn't suit him. Directly nerfing his abilities would probably break him or have no impact at all depending on which.

Some items nerfs would be cool too.
