just find a forum and post daily... sh*t helps. If its still hard for you to understand series/movies, watch them with english subtitles
there are different programs which connect people with similar needs in terms of language so that they could help each other. the one i used to refresh my spanish was called Tandem Exchange or smthg like that.
Btw u can just find eng-speaking party in dota and use TS/Skype, its a good practice as well.

guys im russian guy who have been tudying english for 1.5 year. And now im tired of it . I could understand most of the tv topics, 90% content of books and so on. But its not enough, its just passive knowledge. I want to speak and learn how to express myself.
Curently i in the 1st course of the pedagogical kolledge (evening department) that means that i suppose to learn language by my own. So if you want to learn russian in return and how to play dota you are welcome ^^.
