This is a SEA tournament, all those teams who can play on SEA servers are invited to tourney.
Teams will have the option to choose from SEA / EU East / EU West servers. That server will be given priority on which both the teams have almost equal pings.
If it's a SEA tournament, why do you give players other options?

SEA server will be chosen as 1st server, but both teams agree to change the server to EU West or EU East, that specific match's server will be changed. This will not make any difference on DOTA TV match viewing, it will just effect on players pings who are playing.

Important Points related to Dota International's Clan Wars - Season 2

[*]Type of Tournament (Single Elimination / Double Elimination) will be announced after registrations is closed. It will depend on teams registered.
[*]Final match will be Best of 3.

[*]Submit 10 random rares through steam offer to tournament Admin [color=#FF0000]AnaaR_Ka_JuiCe[/color]. In steam offer add your team name and this tournament name.**
[*]Complete the registration form (click on register link below) and submit it.
[*]After this you will be contacted by Dota International Management team for verification on the contact details you have provided. You need to respond on all friend requests sent by Dota International staff team.
[*]You should consider Login / Register to Dota International Forum. Because all the stuff will be discussed / posted / clarified here. You will not be able to post anything unless you are registered. Registration process is really simple. You can do this by loggin in / Registering by Facebook, Steam or normal email procedure.

Max Team Limit : 32 Teams.

Brackets Announcement : Will be Announced after registration is closed.

Tourney End Date : To be announced later (Expected end date is 3 January 2015)
[*]If the minimum number of teams are not registered, tournament dates can be changed by DIF staff.
[*]After registration is closed, brackets will be announced within 48 hours.
[*]Match schedule will be announced after brackets have been announced.
All matches will be played inbetween 5PM (GMT+5) till 11:59PM (GMT+5). If you can not play in this time, please DO NOT register.
Note:
1. Team captain has to respond to all the friend requests made by DIF Management Team to enter a tournament.
2. If team captain does not reply/contact on provided contact details, that team will not be entered to tournament.
3. A clan/team has to provide the details of total 7 players, 5 will actually play and 2 will act as reserve. Reserve can only be applied by the advance permission of any referee / DIF Staff members.
