it cancels blink daggers now since it deals damage upon landing as well as being good against silence and skywrath, dp and silencer are really popular now
also you can euls yourself now when in bkb (both changes are 6.81)
Euls has great stats and stops blink
stuns can easily be dodged especially at higher levels were mobility items/heroes are more prevalent
Nice movespeed bonus
ability stalls time which wins teamfights
its like a maelstrom for int heroes
Also is good setup for some aoe skills like ET stun / ulti, Jakiro icepath, mirana arrow, aa stun, etc.
Ofc Puppey's game passion is back, he doesn't have to support someone who dives t4 before rax are taken.
40 movement speed , set up spells, stall for cooldown, juke shits. so much awesomeness for 2.7k gold.

I was watching the Secret vs EG highlights and there was quite a lot of Euls being used after Euls. Is it just very situational lately, popular for the meta, etc?
I've seen some in pubs, but not much. My cousin got a Eul's for his Puck but didn't really use it. IDK what else to say, I'm not sure why people buy Eul's on Lina, I'm like 95% confident I can land my stun that much of the time, Lols.
