While I am one to stay out of these issues I did also notice that people like torri-tentori got unmarked along with some others here on the forum and I think that in fairness to wave, despite what everyone feels about him....fair is fair. You can't unblock one previous abuser and leave another one locked, its either all ok or its not.
1. The system now doesn't count LHP as lifetime stats so this shouldn't effect the rankings so unblock all the players.
2. I see no evidence of sandbox abuse on waves main (i looked) so it remains locked for games that don't count anymore
3. Had a talk with fancysocks who confirmed it could be unlocked if it was used by wave who claims that Safebase said he had to get 800+ games on the account and I believe there are screenshots on this.
IMO I think all the blocked accounts where people were stacking in LHP or least played should be unblocked unless some form of sandboxie was used as these matches no longer count towards lifetime statistics so who is it effecting anyways.
It's stupid as fuck and I'll talk to Jason as soon as he gets online.

I pretty sure (100% actually) that he just stacked with extremely high rated players from the start and calibrated back when calibration had no cap. I have had my disagreements with Wave in the past over the way he used to play and the way he talks down to people but it doesn't mean I entirely disagree with him or that he abused.
Keep in mind I have also played Least Played and Limited Hero Pool as well and did in a sense abuse it cause it was basically a free win for me knowing how to play almost all the heroes while most were stuck with heroes they couldn't play and this was open to abuse by loads of people and the frequency was what deemed it an abuse and not the sole act of playing it.
Considering a lot of people have/should be branded as abusers Dotabuff has removed limited hero and least played modes off the records so these don't even count anymore to your lifetime stats so anyone who played these modes excessively will have a lot of wins but it won't count towards their win % anymore so it really doesn't matter.
TL;DR Anyone who played LHP or LP to "abuse" has had these games removed so this is a non issue.
i calibrated at 5.1k when ranked came out and played to 6k, then i made a new acc and that acc is currently 6290 something (peaked at 6.4k) i'd link my dotabuff on that acc but im afraid i'll get some shitty tag on it since the dotabuff staff got some fucking issue with me for no reason.
