Ah, I understand now how this works. The division is actually the same for every ranking no matter which hero you play.
No. Mine is specifically about how you can reach Professional without playing the hero in pro games. By looking at that list though I found out that I magically appeared on rank 43 for a low skill unranked game that I abandoned with Phoenix and for some reason I ended up on Diamond 7 which happens to be the exact same division that I am with OD.
So after knowing this, I admit it seems to be actually the same or at least a very similar issue.
top rankings broken if you are played in competitive you can easily get into top 100 because of this broken division

Phoenix is not in captains mode. His E-Sport profile doesn't show any Phoenix matches.
He literally can't be Professional 5 without playing the hero in any professional game.
