People can still join the team and take up a personal page where they can gather funds for a foundation near them which in the end shows up as a total under the team name.

theres barely any activity and you have a mod rampaging around, i'd get rid of that shitty subsection and replace it with strategy boards or something with a thread for each hero anyways

You had one topic deleted and not "posts" as I can see them all still. The mod felt it was unnecessary to bring personal grievances onto the forum so removed the topic.
The topic which went something along the lines of "i wish to be coached to 6k in south africa by Chris the mastermind player himself" is kind of being a dick towards another user and I would prefer to not bring that kind of nonsense onto the forums. I personally lock topics and warn the users much like I did with Benao, but again nothing is being deleted just that one topic which was removed when the mod was first brought on to prune the forums and maybe he was over eager.
In short, don't be a dick and sorry your snide topic was removed as this is not normally my policy and was initially done without my knowledge but at the same time if you have to vent you can do so here in the knowledge that it won't be moderated.
Alright bumping this again cause the big day is tomorrow, inviting people to come watch the stream starting at around 9am UK time and also looking for people to stream in their own parties with links to the donation page.

its goes straight to the charity....basically how it works you choose to game for charity and you select the charity you want that is connected to the charity network. I picked the El Paso childrens hospital cause I have friends who's kids were treated there and I knew them to be good peeps.

Hi All,
As some of you know last year I did a charity thing where I gamed for 36 hours and people donated. I am doing this again this year for 24 hours on the 25th of October and I would be really awesome of you if you could support me in my efforts. Here are some ways to help as probably very few of us will be able to donate.
1. Join the team and simply show your support http://www.extra-life.org/index.cfm?fuseaction=donorDrive.participant&participantID=99395
2. Dedicate 24 hours to actually doing the run and give me company during the time
3. Add the sites donate page on your stream or share it on social media even if you're not partaking.
4. Donate if you can but I honestly completely understand if you can't.
This would be really cool, if as a community we could pull of the small donation amount of $500 as last year alone I was able to make about $350 just by myself so as a community I am sure we could do this.
Do what you can, even if it's not financial then help get the word out.
