It is physical damage and thats why it is reduced by armor. There is nothing like physical damage but not reduced by armor.

I think her ult does get its damage reduced by armor, it might be Block that cant reduce it. ghost scepter will save you from it all together for a few seconds (not that its that grate against her since she does have a spamibal magic nuke).

What he means by pure is that it doesn't get reduced by anything. So if you hit a guy with 1 armor, the guy with 50 armor will take the same damage. Also she is kinda like Void, only scary part is her ulti. Also it's really a small cooldown, 115 seconds is pretty high.
last time i played krob to climb was at 4 am in europe and i faced the same 2 man tryhard stack playing only chen and rhasta that would camp me mid whole game i lost like 5-6 games in a row with her that night and i lost all hope gg
Cleave is reduced by armour type, as the in-game tooltip says.
And I would disagree about DP being ulti-girl. She's extremelly mobile and has both powereful nuke and silence.
In-game tooltips are sometimes flawed or do not complete the full story and it should be taken into account at times.
I just googled, Cleave works like physical in the sense that it hits everything what normal physical damage would hit however damagewise it acts like pure-damage and therefor is not reduced at all.
It does take into account the armor type however does not take the armor value into account.
Nothing more is scarier than a krob with ult but without she is a pesky nuker and silencer.

^^ if she uses it at your tower and you back then she got a free tower, so you have to fight, but its not that amazing in fights unless the fight is a supper drawn out kitting party.

^ What? Her ulti wrecks fights. It melts people really fast and when DP autoattacks someone, all her spirits in range focus her target.
Counter push, don't let her snowball. Gank her mid early when she is super weak. If you see enemy pick dp you better get some counter push like a SS or lycan or something.
Death prophet is normally seen sticking with other heroes to push , she'll rape as soon as you get near. Not to mention , her silence is 6 seconds long , how op is that? 6 freaking seconds, almost like solencer's ulti but just AOE and lesser cool down

I've encountered many death prophet players recently and kept losing. Her ulti is too damn strong and it's damage can't be reduced by armor+ it's physical , even if you try to avoid it, she'll just whack your tower and it'll be gone in no time. Blademail's good , but not when she has a bkb or Euls. So how do you deal with that ? She needs nerfing , don't you think so?
Btw , play dp in ranked , ez MMR for 3k scrubs
