This would make our forum experience much smoother as not all of us that use a single defined timezone.

Is there any place I can find the MMR ranges for the Normal / High / Very High etc. skill descriptions that appear on dotabuff matches? The majority of my games are Normal Skill, but occasionally I'll get a High Skill one and I'm curious as to exactly how high "High" is (and how terrible "Normal" is).
^ this is also due to stacking. Let's say I am a 5K player stacking with a 2K player our average will be 3.5K which means there is a high chance that we will be in a High Skill game. I think you're in High Skill but when stacking with a certain group of people it pulls your average up.
does this increment last temporarily (this means when I play solo I'm automatically allocated to my own skill level) or does it have a lasting impression? (like if I stacked with a VH player when I'm a normal player do I stay in VH?)
Also, is the hidden mmr in Normals universal?
does it have one defined value for both solo and party norms? or does it have seperate values which are independant on their own (thus making them only able to be increased via playing the respective norm modes)?
You have a hidden MMR that will go up if you consistently win, stacking with higher skilled players won't keep you in Very High if you then decide to solo. When you play solo it will put you in your solo assigned bracket instead of the overall bracket of your party, there are exceptions to the rule e.g. queuing at weird times and getting paired with 5K's which would put you in Very High because there's not enough players to fill your High game or vice versa.
Unranked hidden MMR works in the same way ranked does and in fact, ranked cailbration is based of your starting point in hidden MMR, (or used to be?) which is why people were stacking heavily till calibration then spamming zeus/tinker for an easy 5.5K+
Somethings to note:
> Max calibration now is 5.5 but I think it's really hard to get even that.
> Unranked solo, and party are the same value in hidden rating. *cit
> You can move brackets in unranked by winning, in the same way ranked gaming works.
> 0-3200 Normal
> 3200 - 3700 High
> 3700 - ∞ Very High
Some of this is based of what I have read, seen, or my own understanding of it. The people who know the most about the in's and out's of how the system works are account boosters, sellers, and smurfs as they have approached every aspect of the ranking system to get the highest values possible.

is that accurate?
I'm pretty sure Im not even remotely close to 3.8 and above, and I get clowns in my VH games.
