No, doesn`t matter this never happends before to me. If steam is down you can connect and see friend online list etc. even if you can`t play dota. But I can`t connect to online steam.
Is not just you that can't connect to steam , it happens for everyone even the API is down on dotabuff.
Api was down like 100x times but still you can be in dota 2 game and see your friend list. And i can`t even log in to steam online client,and read even news or anything.
It's STEAM That's Down... Not The DOTA 2 SERVERS.... So Ofc You Won't Be Able To Connect To Steam..........
Right.I hope I can`t connect to steam cos api is down and steam,but ppl who were already connected to steam and dota before api goes down still can play. This never happends to me before that`s why I m confused always when api was down I was connected already and in game,throught that cos I changed languages and windows something goes wrong with settings.But I hope is just cos api than.
So funny that this guy tries to find excuses that he has a local problem and that it is not for everyone.. :d
Get home from work. Enough time for one game of Dota before summoned by girlfriend. Can not connect to Steam Network. Fruit Salad & Herb

Ok. guys, all was normal..till I changed windows whole in another language in control panel and than again with restarting windows second time get english US back.Than tryed to connect to steam and just can not,like some settings changed or smth and is bugging.Please can someone help me to connect?
